So far our winter has consisted of almost ¼” of snow which quickly melted. I’m worried that it’s saving itself up to bury is later.
We spent our December working hard as usual, attending Christmas parties, and going to Kansas for Christmas. Molly & Landon had us (and Sassy) along with her grandparents and dad over for the Holiday. We had a great time! We still missed home and the rest of our family but were thankful we could be with them. Ryder has gotten so big! He got spoiled and enjoyed every minute of it. We were able to skype with our families a little bit which helped with the home-sickness.
These are the something hills in Kansas, the most hilly and highest part. Scenic huh?
We drove around their neighborhood looking at christmas lights. We came across this house. It was fun to watch even though it wasn’t super fancy…
(Don’t mind the narrations during the video)
Christmas Day was beautiful. We walked to this pond to see the ducks and geese.
I was able to get the curtains up before christmas. I like how they turned out! I think I will really enjoy them.
